General Terms & User Account: 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the BoxMine website.

BoxMine does not sell pre-packaged consumer goods. All BoxMine products are designed and manufactured exclusively for industrial, institutional, and business-grade packaging requirements.

Our packaging solutions are custom-built for e-commerce businesses, bulk orders, and international shipping purposes. They are not intended for retail sale or individual/end consumers.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are based on prevailing costs at the time of listing. BoxMine does not provide consumer product labeling beyond the information displayed on boxmine.in.

The packaging solutions offered by BoxMine are meant for safe transportation, bulk shipping, storage, and material handling during transit.

User Account & Security

When using BoxMine’s services, you may choose to create an account with us. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, current, and confidential information. You are responsible for ensuring that the details shared with us remain up to date at all times.

Any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your BoxMine account without prior notice.

Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

  • Whether your account is accessed directly through BoxMine or via a third-party service, you are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree not to share your password with any third party or link it in an unauthorized manner with social media or external platforms.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse of your account, you must notify us immediately at order@boxmine.in

Username Policy

  • You may not use a username that impersonates another individual, business, or entity.

  • Usernames that are misleading, duplicate, or violate legal or ethical standards may be suspended or permanently removed at BoxMine’s discretion.

Website Content & Intellectual Property 

The BoxMine website and all of its contents, features, services, and functionality - including but not limited to the following - are the exclusive property of BoxMine:

  • Software and website technology

  • Product names, descriptions, and copywriting

  • Logos, taglines, trademarks, and brand elements

  • Images, videos, and audio content

  • Packaging designs, selections, concepts, and dielines

  • Graphics, artwork, and icons

  • Box packaging representations, visual mockups, and 3D renders

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of BoxMine’s content, designs, or intellectual property - without prior written consent - is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

BoxMine reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, without limiting your obligations under this clause.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BoxMine, its parent company, affiliates, branches, subsidiaries, divisions, distributors, suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable to any user or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or extraordinary damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Loss of data or databases

  • Loss of use or business interruption

Such damages may arise from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the BoxMine website or any information, content, or services provided on or through the site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if BoxMine has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Risk of Loss

Products are shipped through third-party carriers under a shipment contract purchased from BoxMine. Once the product is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you, and BoxMine shall not be liable for loss or damage occurring during transit beyond this point.

Inaccessibility of site, Cancellation & Forgery 

BoxMine may modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or services at any time without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms & Conditions or for any lawful reason, and you must immediately stop using the site upon termination. BoxMine reserves the right to cancel, delay, stop shipment of, or recall any order in cases of suspected fraud. All clauses related to intellectual property, warranties, indemnities, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

Copy Infringement

BoxMine’s failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or of any future or similar violation. Any provision not enforced by BoxMine does not imply abandonment of that right. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Without prior written consent, BoxMine strictly prohibits the resale of its products on other online or e-commerce platforms under any brand name.
