At BoxMine, we ensure your packaging orders are processed quickly and delivered with care. Most orders are handed over to our logistics partners within 1 working day after order confirmation. For custom-printed boxes, production begins only after your approval, and printing takes an additional 3 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be generated and shared with you. You can track your shipment using this ID or by logging into the “My Account” section on our website. While creating an account is optional, it makes order tracking easier. Please ensure you provide a valid email address to receive shipment updates.

BoxMine delivers to over 6000 PIN codes across India. Delivery timelines depend on your location and usually range between 4 to 6 working days. You can check the estimated delivery date by entering your PIN code on the product page.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, strikes, or political disruptions. In such cases, BoxMine will not be held responsible for delays. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Remote Location Delivery (ODA)

 

For deliveries to Remote or Out of Delivery Area (ODA) locations, an additional surcharge per shipment may apply. These locations include PIN codes or areas that are difficult to access or are not frequently serviced by courier partners.

If your address falls under an ODA category, the extra charges and extended delivery timelines will be clearly shown at checkout.

International Delivery

 

Currently, BoxMine does not provide international shipping. Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world using Indian currency, as long as the delivery address is within India.

GST Invoice - BoxMine

All orders shipped by BoxMine include a GST invoice, which is placed inside the package along with the product. If you require an additional copy of the invoice after receiving your order, you may email us and we will share a soft copy of the invoice.

BoxMine is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and within the promised timelines.

We currently offer delivery to over 6000 PIN codes across India. Most standard orders are shipped within  4-6 working days of order placement (excluding customized orders). In certain cases, shipping may take up to 3 additional working days. BoxMine ships orders on all working days (Monday to Saturday).

For any order received in a damaged, tampered, or unsatisfactory condition, please make sure to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax laws.
