How do I cancel an order on BoxMine?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing the order. Simply email us at order@boxmine.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, a return shipping charges will apply.
Note: Customized orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is placed.
BoxMine Return, Refund & Storage Policy
To return a product ordered from BoxMine, please review and follow the policy below:
Returns & Refunds:
You may return unopened and undamaged items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund.
Customized boxes are non-returnable as they are made specifically as per your requirement.
Return Shipping:
If there is any BoxMine error or manufacturing defect, kindly share a parcel opening video. Once verified, free return shipping will be arranged.
For all other reasons, the customer will have to pay the return shipping charges.
Shelf Life & Storage Guidelines:
Corrugated and cardboard boxes are sensitive to environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature, and chemical exposure.
For best quality, boxes should be used within a few weeks of delivery.
If stored for longer periods, they must be kept in a humidity-controlled environment (below 70% humidity).
Improper storage - especially in humid areas or against damp walls - may cause white spots, surface damage, or loss of strength.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the issue is caused by improper or long-term storage.
Manufacturing Tolerances
All BoxMine products follow standard industry tolerances.
Minor shade variations between batches and size deviations of ±5 mm are considered normal and do not qualify for returns.
How to Initiate a Return -
Email us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Once approved, the return address will be shared with you via email.
Please securely pack the item along with:

Original invoice
Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.
Damaged Item Policy – BoxMine
We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they are safe and transport-ready. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item from BoxMine, please follow the steps below:
What to Do If Your Order Is Damaged:
1. Inform us within 4 hours of receiving the material by emailing order@boxmine.in.
2. Share clear, multiple photographs and videos of the unopened package, clearly showing the damage.
3. Do not open or use the product until instructed by our team.
Once we receive your email, we will:

5. Initiate a transit damage claim, if applicable.
6. Upon approval of the claim and receipt of the damaged material at our facility, a replacement will be dispatched.
Refund Timeline & Mode:
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 7–10 working days.
